It was overall good.lady with the curly hair at front desk was very helpful. Room was clean.only issue was our check in time was around 3 pm and we reached 4:30 but room was still not ready.

This place was great! Everyone on staff was helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was so good with a lot of variety and fresh fruit.The hot tub and pool were so nice after a busy day. Happy hour, hospitality coffee bar and complementary cookies made this a real "home away from home" experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone heading to the Chicago area.
