Very cute hotel, very clean! I would definitely stay there again. All the staff were very friendly. Only things I could complain about if I’m being picky is the pillows weren’t great and they have one elevator going but never had to wait long at all. Overall wonderful stay!

Nice, big rooms. Soaking tub is great for price of room. Parking is about half a block away, but you can unload at the front of the hotel and check-in before parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. It's downtown Chicago.

Great location between Michigan Ave and the lake, close to lots of shopping, restaurants and attractions but still feels off the beaten path. The suite style rooms have a cool, sleek design that feel both contemporary and comfortable and are very good sized with a large bathroom, sleeping area and separate full-sized living room. Friendly, helpful front desk staff and lobby bar but no real other amenities.
