This unique place has a style all its own. Maude’s Place is centrally located, close to downtown and Enloe Hospital with easy freeway access. You’ll find all the comforts of home with a stylish design.
The space
We have recently remodeled this home built in 1905. Adorable, stylish and close to downtown, Enloe hospital and Chico State.
Guest access
The front yard, side yard and entire home are for your access. Beyond the back gate, garage and studios are off limits.
