"We chose this hotel since there were multiple bedrooms in one suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it was a little outdated, but it was clean and offered a pool/hot tub & laundry facilities. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"When arrived it seemed that they were overbooked. Our studio was given to someone else. The replacement studio they gave us was terrible. A studio with 3 beds present. No table, no chairs, no curtains in street level bedroom, no towels, no hot water, reserved parking lot not available. No refund suggested or a gesture for the inconvenience. Bad hospitality."

"Hotel staff were courteous, helpful, and professional...room was well-equipped, well-prepared, and fairly quiet...hot water in the shower was super..breakfast was good, but the packets of butter should have been refrigerated or iced, as the ones I used were rancid and odorous...my only strong criticism was the state of the carpet in the room -- it was filthy and it blackened the bottoms of our feet...dirty footprints were visible on the tile in the hallway and bathroom...I suggest a deep steam...

"We have stayed at Steve’s and Nancy’s for two weeks and experienced their hospitality, friendliness and such a warmth. Loved the place : super comfortable, very private yet close enough to know the host is there when you need them. Steve and his helper rescued us from a very daring car trouble for which we were so grateful. We enjoyed the tranquility and spectacular views, jacuzzi on the huge terrace was awesome. We will go back next year."

"Christina and her staff took such good care of us from the day we arrived till our last moments there! The home is even more beautiful than the pictures and the views are breathtaking! The food was absolutely delicious! Definitely one of the best vacation experiences I’ve had! I love Costa Rica and will definitely return to Casa Britto! Pura Vida!!"

"This was just an absolute pleasure to stay at this place. The amenities were great and everything was perfect. From beginning to the end the communication was great. Whatsapp keeps the communication great and makes your stay private. Text them just about anything you want and it is done. You can also order Uber eats and get grocerys or food delivered. Breakfast is fabulous as you can see in the pictures. As far as amenities you have about everything you want. You have Netflix and Alexa...

"Dennis was a great host. His home was very comfortable and have everything needed to accommodate our stay. Me and a few of my bros felt safe and welcomed in that neighborhood. We were at a good distance to get downtown or out the city if we needed. The pool was HEATED! Heck yes. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Good times. "

"Great views from the living area lots of windows but the unit had no Air Conditioning. During the day with that amount of windows in the main living area AC is a must, it got hot inside. Rooms were good but again no AC sleeping was a little uncomfortable. Overall ok for a short stay but adding AC alone would have made the stay go from average to great."

"The staff and the pets were all great! There was a minor mistake with our room and it was immediately rectified, resulting in us getting a room upgrade. The breakfast options were awesome as well. From healthy to standard. Gluten-free and vegan dishes as well. We took Uber everywhere and it was very affordable. Preferred that to navigating the traffic. Driving around would have stressed us out and I mean, we're on vacation, lol. Definitely would stay here again. "
