"This was the perfect size and location for our short stay in Oxford. There is a bus stop directly outside of your door and it takes you right into town. Also super easy to catch a bus right back to where you’re staying! The host was extremely helpful and responsive. It also sits in a nice walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend! "

We particularly liked that we could sit together in the living area and eat meals together as there was a dining table big enough for all of us. The games room and pool were perfect additions. "This property does not exist! We waited outside for 2 hours! The neighbors were concerned that we were lost so, they came out. Chris and Rosemary stayed with us for awhile and asked the other neighbors if they had the actual homeowners ' mobile number as they only had the land lines. The boyfriend of the youngest daughter of the home owners even drove out and told us that it's definitely not for rent! They all have us different hotel names to stay. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"We stayed for a mini break, just two nights. Really fortunate to have a ground floor room. The room was great, really spacious, kingsize bed and really well furnished and decorated. The bathroom was excellent with a great shower. We had dinner the first night, very enjoyable and reasonably priced. Breakfast was outstanding, lots of choice and excellant produce. The setting by the side of the Thames was good, we enjoyed walking along the towpath. All in all a great stay and highly recommended. "

"Reasonable for Reading, while basic in decor it is what you can expect for the price, the staff are all really friendly and helpful to a fault. Always stay here as it represents value in my opinion, great parking and easy access to the town. 20 mins to the centre."
