"Interesting concept for the hotel-apartment. Location is good, love the face that I am not smack right in the middle of dontonburi or namba as I prefer a much quieter environment. The lack of front desk which make the experience really private and authentic (as you would if you are renting 1LDK). Hotel mangement resolve this issue with a lot of prior communications. "It was great! No complaints over here. The sky spa is absolutely amazing and nice touch to the hotel that was right on the river. It even had a great coffee cafe down stairs on the first floor that was a wine bar. Also the lounge access allowed you to drink for free and snack for free which was really nice when trying to plan things or have a break from walking around. "

"The Hoshino resorts are known in Japan but this was the first time for me to stay. The check-in was easy, the path to the room was easy, the room was very quiet - I rarely heard anyone outside of the room. The room was cozy, roomy and also had separate shower section and tub in the bathroom - Japanese style. I didn't try any food - I wasn't hungry enough for the dinner and left early in the morning. The hotel is located super convenient to the near-by train station which can take you pretty much anywhere. I stayed once in near-by hotel recently, but I'd recommend this hotel highly for many reasons."

"We are a family of 4 with 2 younger kids. Our room is massive with 4 double beds. Everything is in this hotel. Laundry, resto, shops and few minutes walk to Universal Studios. You can see the USJ from our room but make sure to specify that when booking. All amenities are available for guest to grab at the lobby. "
