It also had a washing machine and they provided you with a laundry soap pod and a drying rack which we made good use of. "We had a lovely stay at Villanita for 5 days in March, before setting off to Torres del Paine National Park. Ana speaks excellent English and is beyond helpful. She arranged a taxi to pick up my husband at the airport when his plane got delayed and arrived at 1 am. She printed out ticket confirmations for us. She had great shopping suggestions (Balfer in Zona Franca for hiking gear) and even gave us a ride there. The two bedroom cabin is very cute with a full kitchen. There's a grocery store...

"Such friendly and extraordinarily helpful staffs. A staff helped us obtained national park entrance permit. A variety of spreads for breakfast which was included with reservation. A taxi ride to downtown is about $5.00 one way. Shower pressure was excellent, and bathroom was clean. The lighting over the vanity could use brighter light to put on make up but overall it’s a great place. We are coming back to the hotel in 4 days. "

"Morrena Lodge was the perfect place for us to call home during our 4 day stint in Torres Del Paine. The location in Villa Serrano is perfect; anywhere from a 30min - 1hr ride to many of the hot spots in Torres Del Paine. The food is excellent! We went for dinner 4 nights in a row and we were more and more impressed with our meals each night. Complimentary breakfast was also great before a long day trek. The staff are incredibly dedicated to ensuring your stay is perfect. Not to mention the property is beautiful, we spent several hours just walking along the river with the wildlife. Could not recommend this place more! "

"The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for two nights. The reception staff were really helpful with booking us a tour and taxi to the airport. You can hear some noise in the corridor but it wasn’t as bad as the other reviews suggest and we slept through. Breakfast was also great. "

"Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food was fine, not spectacular, but good. My only minor complaint was that our room was next to the stairs and it was very loud when people would come up/down. However, this didn't really bother our sleep. It is out of town, but it was super easy to get a cab/uber and was walkable in nice weather. But being out of town meant a quiet hotel with an amazing view. "
