I booked a standard queen bedroom and they were concerned about me not having enough space in the room and assisted in giving me a bigger room. They were also very informative on what transportation I can take and the best one for where. The helpful team. Even the cleaning ladies were friendly and always left chocolate on our nightstand and organized everything in our room. I will stay here again if I come back to Korea. ❤️"

"Room was ok. Was spacious enough for 2 people and 2 large suitcases. Location was convenient. There is no hotel parking but we used public transportation or taxi the whole time so that didn’t really matter to us. They cleaned the room every day and change out the towels but they do not change the bed sheets. We stayed a total of 10 days and we had the same blanket the whole 10 days. Overall it was ok for the price. "
