"This place is a gem!! 💎 I love this place. They helped me through a big tattoo piece and took a week. During that time, lucky house focused on me and my personal tattoo as a priority and made sure the room stay air conditioned, clean, and extra towels for accidental ink spill. I personally would not recommend anywhere else, oh almost forgot I felt safe with my belongings in the room... Even when I left jewelry out on the counter. My point is they put you first, try em out ! "

"We really enjoyed our stay here with out 5 month old. In a great location close to china town. We found access to the hotel a bit odd with check in and reception on the 12th floor . Maintenance taking place on the lifts which became a little confusing to access the right floors. Didnt try breakfast but enjoyed the pool area "

"Well appointed modern style rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice pool space with a great view, however the pool did not look clean. It almost had a green color and noticeable green discolouration on the white tile. It should also be mentioned in the property details that it is a dry hotel, no alcohol is served. "
