"Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead. A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. "

"I did have some black hairs in my bathroom I didn't need. Breakfast was good, location excellent. "

"Fantastic location for walking. Straight out the back of hotel to the canal -- through the outdoor bar. Best location. Travelocity's room we reserved, though, was in a less desirable location -- no view in back of hotel. But the location of the hotel and convenience -- and general chic-ness made up for it."

"This was a very convenient place to stay near the railway station, which in turn gives easy access to the airport and beyond. The room was clean and reception friendly and efficient. The area was quiet, but near to some nice restaurants. I would certainly use again."

"This was a lovely modern hotel with kind and helpful people. Very clean and well organized and lovely touches with the robes and slippers! Easy to walk all over Copenhagen from this location and only 15 minutes from the airport! We will come back!"

"If you like to stay somewhere close enough but far away enough from the touristy area, this is a perfect spot. You can take bus 5C would take you to and from the airport and 2A to several places in downtown area. Clean and quiet room, perfect for resting after exploring. "
