"The manager and staff were extremely helpful, courteous and a pleasure to interact with."

"The property is very cool (the manager told us it was built around 1780!), with an interesting layout, pretty outdoor areas, and a nice old-school vibe. Our room was comfortable and had all the standard amenities. The B&B has contactless check-in, where they just text you the day of your arrival with a code to access the main gate, a code to access your room, and other details like the Wi-Fi info. We found this very convenient, but we did have one confusing message under "Special instructions"...

"We drove all over the island did multiple excursions and ate out at the local restaurants. Had a great experience at every thing we did. I felt the kitchen allowed me to cook breakfast and at least one steak and vegetable dinner for our party of six that was top notch. I want to recommend that people come to this location Estate Little Princess Hill 13 North and enjo the palatial estate. We were "wowed" by the place. Kudos!!!"

"We were a group of 10 ladies on Spring Break. The home was just as stated and the pictures were accurate. We enjoyed our stay very much! We rented a van to get around the island and saw and enjoyed so many beautiful beaches! The beaches across the road from the house are beautiful but not accessible. Accessing beaches are a short drive."

"Eugene is an engaging and knowledgeable host. Smith House is as described - a cool green haven where you can sample the fruits and teas of the Caribbean. In a true Crucian neighborhood just a stroll down to the sea. Eugene has restored the tradition of growing food and medicine in your backyard and crossed that with botanical garden. Stays cool all day. Flowers, birds, anoles, baby iguanas. Spot to view dawn. Covered and open eating spots. Close and cozy. Chickens of course - wouldn't be St....

"Property had been updated & had all the amenities necessary except laundry facilities but are in the process of complete installation of same. Host was easy to conact & handled any problems that we had. Walkable to Christiansted boardwalk."

"We needed to stay somewhere for couple of days and this place was less expensive and available. Owner was polite and understanding and the property was clean and ready for us. It is a studio apartment. Has a balcony. Located at first floor. There is a beach nearby. Good for short stays."

"This house is amazing! It has everything you will need and then some! The views were nothing short of picturesque! We felt completely safe being in a gated community. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. This is most definitely worth every penny. Can’t say enough!"

An issue we had was addressed by the management and we appreciated their support. Really enjoyed the JumpUp street festival on the Friday while we were there. "Really special place in st croix. Wi-Fi not the strongest even though they are trying the best they can. It is also a little far from most activities like the actual town of Christiansted or most of the better restaurants, but it really is an amazing property otherwise. The pool is huge and the views are incredible. We will definitely be back."
