"We received a fantastic welcome from our host who made sure we got tea even though the kitchen was closed for the night. The next morning we got a fantastic breakfast (it wasn't included and I believe it was good that we specifically ordered it the night before). The hotel has hostel standard, and the well-washed sheets did have a few small stains. Personally I do not mind (better than to throw them away) this at a hostel. "The hotel is refurbishing, but what I could see from our bathroom on a low standard. Staff is friendly and helpful. All doors had non smoking signs on the doors but apparently next door were some guys smoking a lot, could smell it to our room. Next day when the room got cleaned I saw they even had an ashtray there…. Breakfast was good, but due to Ramazan a bit dried out (just a few clients). "

"Eclectic fun Accomodation in old stone block buildings! Great views! Great staff and delicious food, including breakfast! Room is needing some maintenance… door lock sticky, bathroom tap leaks, kettle leaks. But we would stay again regardless!"

"Guzelyurt is quiet and beautiful. Hotel is close to a few shops. Hotel is on a hillside and you walk uphill.or downhill between your room and entrance or breakfast.or dinner. Parking on narrow streets."

"we have dinned out on our stay at this quirky property. First of all we couldn't find it, it is not at the location google maps says. Eventually a market trader took pity on us and phoned the hotel and they came to get us. The cave room was very musty and dark, so we changed to another one. Fabulous views and own terrance. The hotel is very spread out with limited parking but the terraced areas near the rooms are great. Two dinning choices buffet or Turkish restaurant, buffet is best. We were it by a flash flood on our second night with water running down the cave walls. When we eventually got out and got to reception we were moved to another cave, bigger nicer a dry! An eventful stay in a good location for hiking the Ilhara valley, nice helpful staff, some of which speak English, and fabulous views from the hotel terraces."
