"This is a beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The location is excellent. The complementary breakfast was very good. Our room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious. The only negative: in our room there were no drawers or cabinets to unpack clothes, only a couple hangers. We had to live out of suitcases that were open on the floor. Also, the bed and pillows were comfortable but were old and a bit lumpy."

"Exceptional staff in all departments from reception to restaurant to spa. Room was clean, bathroom was spacious. My only disappointment was that the heating was too high and I was unable to change it but that was minor. I highly recommend this hotel"

"Every floor had a unique theme. You are welcomed with a free coffee at the adjoining cafe and a gift of lavender oil. The staff helped me with tickets and restaurant recommendations. They had a complimentary mini bar. The rooms were bright and spacious and comfortable. The location was about 200 from the Mevlana museum and offered stellar views from their rooftop terrace. It's probably the coolest boutique hotel I have stayed at."

"Enjoy they stay,place very clean,nice & cozzy..The workers went above average to make sure all our needs were met..The manager was nice enough to let me use his phone when mines died & we found out we furgot to reschedule our flight. Room was very warm,quiet at night,breakfast was fantastic."

"I really enjoyed my nights staying at this hotel! The rooftop views during sunrise to see the balloons was magical! For some reason I thought the room would be cold because it's a cave hotel, but it was heated and very comfortable. The breakfast bar in the morning was also really good! "
