"We had a family suite which was huge and very clean , the view from outside our suite was amazing we especially enjoyed the food at the restaurant in the hotel it was just awesome so was the breakfast buffet every morning . The room was very nice but our bathroom had a bad odor from a mold/mildew problem, we had to keep the bathroom window open for proper ventilation. The TV could not convert to English-speaking movies, which was disappointing. "

"The staff here are amazing! When we first arrived my friend asked where the nearest place was to get cigarettes. The hotel manager/owner (not sure) was already in the town and picked them up for us! He was always around and very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and unique with many spots to see balloons without fighting others for a spot. Two restaurants and a spa on property. "
