"Great hotel and super friendly staff. Only challenge was that this was a bit away from the main area of Gerome - about 10-15 min drive. It worked out for us as we had tours booked so we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel without any problems. But if you wanted to stroll around the main area, this would be away from it. However the friendly service and the hotel itself made up for it. "

"We arrived in Cappadocia not knowing much except that we were hoping to ride the hot air balloon. Ali and his family and staff made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. He arranged 2 days of wonderful activities and took care of every detail... booking, transportation, everything. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. "Not located at the center of Goreme but at an easy walking distance from downtown area. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. They have a rooftop where you can watch the balloons early morning. The balloon takeoff area is right in front of the hotel. They always have tea available as well in the rooftop in the breakfast area. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had, it is delicious and well-prepared. This place is well-worth it in terms of cost-benefit. I'd not stay anywhere...

"카파도키아 특유의 건축, 인테리어를 물씬 경험할 수 있는 숙소, 고급스러운 인테리어, 친절한 매니자와 직원, 튀르키예 정찬처럼 나오는 조식은 어디에서 경험하지 못한 최고의 서비스였어요. 다만 저희는 1층에 숙박하였는데 동선에 창이 이써 환기를 위해 창을 계속 열어둘 수는 없었고 에어컨이 없는 구조라 한낯은 조금 더워 선풍기를 빌려주셨어요. 다른 더 럭셔리한 방도 경험해보고싶었지만 일정이 많아 방 변경은 포기했습니다. 괴레메 센터에선 걷기에 멀어 첫날은 택시를 탔고 현지에 조금 익숙해진 다음날부턴 버스를 타고다녔어요. 하지만 숙소 근처에 버스 정류장을 찾기는 어려울거에요,, 현지 사람들은 길에서 막 손흔들고 타더라구요. 숙소 근처 Han 레스토랑도 매일 갈만큼 한달간 가본 튀르키예 식당 중 손 꼽히는 식당이었어요. "The hotel was very nice and the room was pretty. However, it was not functional. There was no place to put suitcases and no drawers to put clothes in. The breakfast on the roof top was excellent and the young lady cook was very friendly and a good chef. The location was a bit far from city center if you’re not a mobile person (old like me). The staff was helpful and this is a great place to watch the balloons."
