"We just needed a place to crash for a couple of nights and we came here. Secure parking, not on the beach but near some really good restaurants. A little noisy with what seemed like 200 dogs up talking to each other most all night. Dogs will be dogs. I like La Manzanilla. "

"Everything was great, very difficult to find if not give instructions correctly. Each building has a name. The building is located in the Main road. Building c8 isn’t enough for you to locate the apartment! "

"Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool. We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge."

It is very family friendly which is great if you are traveling with kids, I would not recommend if you are wanting a child free experience. The views from all three levels were beautiful! "We had a fantastic stay at Villa Luna Azul. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 couples (that have been travelling together for years). All beds and bathrooms were very spacious, and the central open air living space, patio and pool were perfect for both relaxing and socializing. The absolute highlight, however, was Augustin the house manager and his wife Rocio the house chef. They were both the most wonderful people, and they could not do enough for us. "We have stayed here in the past, and we used to keep our boat in their marina. the staff, the property, the rooms are all very enjoyable. One of the best things: access by water taxi to the town of Barra Navidad , across the channel. Many great restaurants and shops there. Sometimes there are local festivals there, which makes it a fun, local experience. Lovely local folks. "

"Recepción was super friendly, I don’t think I’ve ever had experience at a hotel. Great pool area and has stairs to the beach . Dveryois walking distance. Perfect location because it was close to boats to go to lagoon and go to Restaurant Colimilla which has incredible food and views and you only get there by boat which is free boat ride since you’re visiting restaurant . Great hotel stay and small town "
