Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast (lots of sweets, cheese, sausage). The mattress and pillows were horrible (really hard). Parking space at hotel are sparse and only for small cars."

"We loved the hotel and all of its services and the wonderful staff and delicious breakfast and super chef! Wow! I cannot say enough! We used the laundry service, washed our bikes in the bike wash, thoroughly enjoyed a home cooked breakfast attended to by their wonderful chef and Alexandria at the front desk was fabulous helping me arrange our return trip to Venice. "The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

Amazing all around

"Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. Highlight was out bar tender though. Giuseppe made the best drinks ever. This place is top notch. Location is amazing, everything in walking distance. Staff is super helpful and friendly, goes the extra mile. This one really deserves the 'Grand' in their name."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a jacuzzi on the deck of our room, perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Hi Hotel for a delightful stay in Trento!"

"Beautiful hotel with complimentary breakfast and spa for guests. The staff were very kind and helpful and patient with our questions. We loved our jacuzzi suite room, and felt it was well worth the price. Great location, everything you'd want to see in Riva del Garda is walkable, and you can easily take the bus to see the Arco Castle. "
