The staff were very helpful and always nice. The rooms were clean and right next to everything. The downside is that the hotel is behind a condo building so you can't really see the city or the river, there are no microwaves in the rooms and the coffee maker in our room had calcium build up from the water.

It’s our first time staying here for several years, but I remember why we liked it in the first place. It’s so easy to take the southbound shuttle across the river to ball games and concerts. It’s in a nice, safe, walkable urban neighborhood. We will be back.

This was a cool place to stay. I would stay again with requests. I would request that we not be on the 2nd floor over the lobby where the windows are facing parking garage. The bar was busy last night and it was super loud. I felt like they were in the room. This morning you could hear people talking from the lobby. I would try the top floor on the other side of the hotel. I’m super tired from not sleeping well (all the noise). The lady that checked us in was super sweet!! Again, this is a cool place with a great location and super clean!!

We love how close it was to the Aquarium and the pedestrian bridge to cross to Cincinnati, OH. They have plenty of restaurants within walkable distance.
