We loved being able to walk down to the river right behind our unit and being out of town closer to Steamboat Lake was great for what we wanted to do during our visit. We greatly enjoyed our stay!"

"The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I was unaware that this cabin was inhabited with dogs. Being an asthmatic and allergic to dogs, I spent the 3 days coughing. We were already unpacked and it was too much trouble to move. I wish that was made known on the front page of the rental., otherwise it was a peaceful stay."
