This former peach orchard will have you enchanted by the picturesque mountain surroundings, where the melody of a nearby creek dances after a rain, and the fragrance of blossoming honeysuckle fills the senses. With our large fire pit with comfortable seating for 5! Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with large Smart TV with cnew luxury mattresses and sheets. Both bathrooms are spacious, bright and clean and feature large walk in showers dual flushing toilets stocked with all the toiletries. This idyllic haven offers a rare chance to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature but only a short drive to Interstate 40 (7 minutes) to make a lovely alternative to an overnight stay in hotel and located right off a paved highway. Located of AR HWY 103 which is the gateway to the ozarks, Our property doesn’t have neighbors so there are no quiet times. Minutes to hundreds of ATVs, Horseback riding, and Mountain biking trails (https://www.clarksvillear.gov/redlickmtb.html) Spend your day chasing waterfalls after a rain or taking a scenic drive to watch the leaves change in the spring or fall. Great spot!! Clean & new, but 1 unexpected surprise
Our stay was great! Place was clean, communication with the owner was timely and thorough! It was a great weekend getaway! We were very surprised to find that one of the twin beds was elevated on a platform pretty high, and the only way to get to it was climbing rock wall pegs, and some of them were loose. We were unable to use that bed as a result.

We loved this quiet location just outside of town. Super easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Brand new build. Clean inside. Beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a long weekend or longer!!!
The property is conveniently located within 5 minutes from the college which brings you right to the cute downtown, with coffee shop, restaurants. We had all of our children with us and a couple of their friends and we all had a great stay!! Everything was just as described, and communication with the host was amazing!! Fast to respond and help!! Beds were super comfy and the place is just the cutest!!! Highly recommend and we will for sure be back!!!!

Lacking of amenities
The amenities stated are not there.. newer built with contractor issues, once checked out accused of damage that happened in a room that I never went in. That a child had done. (Drawings on walls) no children with us. Yes I will admit that my pup did a small tinkle on rug that I didn’t see. But I don’t like being accused of damage when I’m very OCD about cleanliness so I washed the towels and started 2 loads of bed linens before I left, all dishes and counters were scrubbed. Feelings are hurt to be accused of something that happened on a stay before us. Be sure to take many pics of how the house is when you check in. No Hottub, fire pit, playground, water park…all false on amenities.
