"Very clean hotel. Located walking distance to Downtown Clearwater and Capitol Theater. Room was large and nicely furnished with a kitchenette and dining table as well as a nice comfy couch. Bed was very comfortable and the extra linens were appreciated even though we didn’t use the sofa bed. "

"Very nice staff welcomed to us as soon as we walked in very pet friendly cleanliness bathroom was huge. Will definitely stay again."

"It was very nice. I wanted a place close to where my son lives. I was quite pleased to see clean beautiful pool and was happy I had a chance to swim for a while. I loved the bright colorful paint on the buildings and the area between the buildings with table and chairs set up."

"So many bad reviews. Let me tell you, my wife and I are very picky , this place had big rooms with full on cooking equipment. Nice staff , good overall. Not as bad as most reviews are stating. "
