"Stayed Thanksgiving weekend. Service and People were fantastic. The bed was droopy and worn out, little things missing like no ice machine, had to ask for service, only a few waters a day, etc. Nice, but I would probably choose somewhere else next time."

"This is a 5-star property. Through no fault of the property, we had a disappointing experience. In our travels through Florida, this was the one stop where we were to golf. It's the sole reason we booked the property. We were there 2 nights and one full day and it rained most of the time. Driving range, practice greens, and course was closed. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't the most convenient place to stay if not golfing. What service they could provide...

"Our stay was very comfortable and very quiet. We only had breakfast once because we aren’t early risers. Breakfast was adequate but could have been much better if the eggs and sausages were kept warm. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. We got great recommendations on local restaurants and were able to check in early which was extremely helpful. The hotel is right on the beach and had great views of the ocean. "
