Check-in is tough as the "Villa" check-in location closes often and you must go to the Omni Hotel to check-in. Then they provide a "map" with no road names and no instructions how to reach your unit. Once having figured it out it is easy so better instructions could make the experience better. Also note if you arrive after dark it is impossible to see signage. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Very quiet and beautiful , however the villa I was in was very dated , had plumbing issues in bathroom , light were flickering , iron wasn’t working properly,. The little things that just didn’t make the stay exceptional . So when I mentioned the issues with clerk I was offered another room but didn’t seem like it was comparable to the one I purchased . They wanted to upgrade for a cost . However the grounds were beautiful and staff was friendly . Just wish we didn’t have all the small and annoying issues with the villa

What a wonderful place! It’s like staying at a Five star hotel in the jungle on the beach we just loved it! Our room was clean and fresh with a nice partial view of the ocean. The staff, and particularly Deidra at the front desk was phenomenal. We will absolutely be back!

This is my new favorite place to stay in Amelia Island. We were there to attend a wedding in Jacksonville and almost skipped the wedding to just enjoy the entore weekend at th resort. We had the most amazing view. The food is great. We ate at several places and each experience was a pleasure. I did not get to do as much shopping as I wanted but I loved all the shoppes they have on site. Truly an amazing experience

I went here for a work related conference, so I could not use the amenities. Nonetheless, we were charged for the amenities. our suite was a mile away from the hotel where I was supposed to have the conference. Group one and we didn’t have much options for restaurants. One nice thing about where we stayed, it had a kitchen So we could cook our own food.
