We LOVED the water park!!! The kids were there for 6 hours! The food is average- good enough for the kids - what I didn’t like were the rooms- they feel very motel like - smell damp and beds are small and not comfortable.

We had an absolute amazing time staying at this hotel. The resort is one of the best hotels due to the multiple water parks, including the indoor park for littles.

Never again. My family and I wasted our time booking here. Due to poor management we had to return home, because they overbooked the hotel, without being able to enjoy the city; even though our reservation was confirmed after several hours of travel we were informed at the place that they did not have the capacity to accommodate us. Late in the night we were forced to return because not only did they not have the capacity but they were unable to relocate us.

Overall, the property was nice and in a convenient location for the EDC shuttle. However, we noticed little bugs on the area where the tv is and the microwave. There were also two roaches on the walls. Just be mindful of this.

I found the staff exemplary- truly welcoming. I was struck by the warmth displayed. It’s a practical property- we took our bags up ourselves, no closet in our room (stayed with my teen daughter) but we actually made it work. The park is well set up- wanted somewhere that would bring us relaxation without needing to go to another major park- it provided just that and more. Only downfall- a timeshare station on arrival. I mistakenly thought it was part of reception and agreed eventually to take the tour the next day. That ended up taking 5hours off our precious first day- only because they wouldn’t take my ‘no’ (costs were not given upfront). But the individuals involved were also encouraging in ways I needed and I tried something different; but I was so angry for the wasted time we prioritized a good time very aggressively after. So we went to Fun Spot at 8pm that first night- first time two females and it was a blast- there’s a trolley that all guests have passes for. We hit the malls and the water park and had an absolutely fabulous time after that first day. Felt safe and loved the centrality of the location and even observed the manager handling a very stressful situation with a guest with respect and poise. The staff were so willing to help! I think the attendants at the pools need to smile more- but there were two for us who were exceptional! Shout out to Elijah from the restaurant and I think Michael- young man from the arcade, and Mo!
