We stay at the property regularly because of the location and the staff, but this time the room next to us had an alarm ring for an hour or so starting at 6:45 am. We called the reception 3 times before someone finally came to check. I don’t understand why it took more than an hour for someone to come verify seeing that it was early in the morning and very annoying to try to sleep through the sound of a load alarm through the wall.

The fragrance in the main lobby was a bit much. The rooms were fine but older and because of that seemed a bit dirty. Overall the hotel was good and the proximity to Disney springs and the shuttle to magic kingdom made the stay great.
