The cottage is situated in a quiet and private location while still being just a short stroll to Clifden's Main Street. Clifden is a bustling market town in beautiful Connemara and offers a perfect base when exploring the region, while still being located close to all services, shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way, you are a just a short drive from lots of beautiful sandy beaches where you can swim, walk, or enjoy kayaking, surfing, coasteering or paddle boarding. There are many walking routes in the area which offer fabulous scenic views at every turn. This property is ideal for families, couples, or small groups of friends. Short breaks are available all year round. Local activities include fishing, hill walking, hiking, cycling, pony trekking, golf, boat trips, and much more.

The accommodation consists of entrance hall, living room, kitchen/dining combined, three bedrooms and bathroom. Access to the front door is via two small external steps. The compact kitchen and dining look on to the back garden and has all modern conveniences including microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with icebox, and electric cooker and hob. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the shed at the side of the property. The living room looks out to the front of the property and is furnished with comfortable seating, fireplace, and multi-channel TV. The bedrooms consist of three double bedrooms, all with ample storage, and timber floors. The family bathroom includes shower cubicle with electric shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail. There is one internal step up from the kitchen to the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Oil central heating throughout property. Outdoor furniture is available. Towels and bed linen is provided.
