"Stayed in the Ribble Suite it was very nice apart from the Bathroom was very cold only having a small electric heated towel rail you have to leave the bathroom door open with the heat full on in the Suite for a hour or so to warm up the bathroom. our biggest gripe was that the Suite was warm all afternoon but when we returned to dress for dinner at 7pm the hotel heating had turned itself off and the room was uncomfortable chilly reported it to night manager who Forbes the hotel heating boiler...

"We had a very comfortable time in the cottage. When I asked Rachel if there was a coffee maker or French press in the home she said no and then messaged me that she’d gone out to get one for our stay. How lovely is that!? She left us a couple of treats as well. The cottage was cozy and quiet and had everything we needed for our winter retreat.
