"I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean. Reception very good- willing to adjust room to our needs- I chose a quiet room at the back as I like to open the window. Beautiful courtyard. Lack of their own parking is a drawback but I used free parking in a road nearby and there is plenty of paid parking available. Good central location. "
