"It is a convenient hotel very close to the airport, it is in an alley so it is not noisy. Staff is friendly and helpful as they quickly got us a cab to go to the airport. Our only problem was getting the shower to warm up, apparently there is a trick but we never got it."

"Precioso lugar, calmo, muy cuidadoso, rodeado de vegetación y pájaros y mariposas. Las instalaciones están impecables y todo es cómodo: la cama, la ducha, la temperatura. La habitación que alquilamos incluye una cocinita y una pequeña mesa en la que se pueden preparar alimentos. En la parte exterior cuenta con césped, hamacas, bancos de madera para sentarse... Un pequeño oasis. Además la atención brindada por la propietaria es excelente."

"My family (me, wife, and 2 kids 7, 11) had a lovely stay with Bjorn and his family. Our 4-bed room was all we needed, as we spent most of our time outside playing at the beach, swimming in the pool, touring surrounding villages, and eating authentic, fresh seafood dishes."

"Staying at Cino Fabiani Guesthouse was one of many pleasant memories of our two nights in Guayaquil. We loved the atmosphere, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location in the Las Penas neighborhood was super. The guesthouse is furnished in an eclectic and retro style, and the main common room has served as a small theatre in the past, so has the remnants of a stage. There is indeed a theatrical feel to the space. The location is in a historic neighborhood that is super for walking,...

"Stayed here for one night. Chosed this hostel because it was close to the airport, it’s just a 3-5 min ride with a cab. Very helpful and friendly staff, it’s the owner and hes family and they living in the same building. Everything is new, clean and comfortable. Close, 3-4 min walk, to a shopping mall. Doesn’t now so much about the neighborhood because we only stay for one night, but it seems to be a calm place. Great value for the price!"
