"Overall, they were very responsive to any concerns we had. They provided pack and plays and highchairs as well. I noticed some ants in the dining room, and they sent someone out right away to spray. We enjoyed checking out games, DVDs, and using the pool and mini golf area. We also loved having a washer/dryer in our unit. It was a good proximity to area attractions. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would choose this property again if we come back to Williamsburg. Only downside was them trying to sell us a timeshare. Jusy say no to getting tangled up with a timeshare, and enjoy your stay."

"I travelled down to Williamsburg to go to Busch Gardens with my son. Due to the time of year, Kingsmill was very affordable. I found the hotel staff at check-in very friendly, the resort was very well laid out and beautiful, and the condo was very spacious."
