"We were a family of 12, ages 9yrs. to Adult. The sleeping set up worked very nicely. Bathrooms were a little unusual but worked. The 2nd floor has 2 bathrooms with showers but 1 doesn't have a toilet. The 3rd floor however has 2 complete bathrooms. Beds, linens and towels were good. There was a nice living room, dining, and kitchen set up. All and all it was very comfortable and we were able to park our 3 cars on street near by.
