Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Equipped with full size kitchen (has everything you need to cook), sleeper sofa, HDTV Smart TV (4K) and high speed WiFi. Steve's place on Cocoa Beach was absolutely perfect. A couple steps and we were right on the beach. We also loved the sitting area in the backyard; it was the perfect place to sit and listen to the surf. If you get a chance, Steve was a cool person to visit with. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Beach Getaway
We stayed here at the tsil end of a Disney trip for some much needed R&R. The place did not disappoint! The private beach access and use of toys and supplies was a really nice touch. I definitely recommend this place and will likely be back in the future.

Perfect condo on the beach!
We had a great stay! This condo was in the perfect location and we loved being right on the beach. Steve was very helpful and accommodating. One thing we loved was having everything we needed for a beach day. Chairs, umbrella and even beach toys! This was perfect for us since we were traveling from out of town. Clean, convenient & an amazing view! Clean place with great outdoor seating to enjoy the amazing view. We never used our car as restaurants are all within walking distance. Our host Steve was sure to let us know of a rocket launch as well as places to visit. Highly recommend!

Steve is very friendly and helpful. He quickly responded to our text no matter how small the request. We love it here. Close to restaurants and town. We didn’t have to drive at all while there. Location was everything and this property did not disappoint! It was right off of the beach and in close proximity to restaurants where we could walk to everything.
