A big country style home perfectly located for exploring the beaches and towns of the NSW south coast. Pet friendly.

Ideal for a families or group of friends to get together, fabulous for entertaining.

Loads of space for adults as well as room for the kids.

The house is on 5 acres with absolute creek frontage, every room plus the huge sunny deck have beautiful views over lush farmland, the creek and grazing cattle.

The property is less than 10 minutes to secluded local beaches, lakes and shopping centres.

The space
You’ll have a choice of relaxing indoor and outdoor living and entertaining spaces plus quiet nooks to chill out.

The social hub of the house is the well appointed country kitchen with modern appliances and stunning rural views. The kitchen opens to the sun drenched living/dining area and huge secure deck.

There’s a cosy separate lounge area with an open fire and adjoining TV space, perfect for the evenings.

Each living area opens to the enormous deck with bbq and outdoor seating, perfect for entertaining, soaking up the sun, having a cocktail as the sun sets, or watching the spectacular night sky.

There are four very comfortable bedrooms, three in the east wing and one in the west wing. All connecting through the central hub of the living spaces.

The bedrooms look out over peaceful rural views and all linen is provided.

There are two spacious bathrooms, one in each wing of the house.

Our internet connection is excellent and there are two quiet work spaces available to suit working from home.

There are two covered carports for your vehicles, boats and bikes as well as light and power for overnight EV charging (byo charger).

Pets are welcome and the big deck is safe for both small children and pets. Please note the property is rural and partly fenced. .

You’ll have direct access to peaceful Coila Creek which feeds into Coila Lake, just a short stroll away at the bottom of the property.

A lovely stay
We had a lovely 3 night stay. The location is nicely tucked away but still close to beaches and groceries. The house is spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent and check in easy. Would recommend for a family or group of friends looking for a slightly quieter coast trip.

Idyllic rural retreat
Our family (6 adults and two grandchildren) spent a delightful week at this lovely property. The dogs loved the freedom of playing catch in the grassy paddock and we all enjoyed the peaceful setting. Every afternoon we were serenaded by a family of kookaburras and we enjoyed watching the cows grazing nearby.The house is well appointed and has two living areas so we were all very comfortable with all the space. Wonderful day trips were made to local beaches -Tuross, Broulee, Tomakin, Dalmeny- which had plenty of dog friendly areas. The area has many lovely food options including Narooma oysters, the Bodalla cheese factory and Big Nile’s Brewing company in Dalmeny for a relaxing drink and bite to eat. Our host Trish was great and we can’t wait to return one day.

Coila spring break
Coila Creek retreat is like a second home for us. From the moment you open the front door, you feel the sress of city life just disappear. The house is laid out well to capture those views and to greet every sunrise first thing in the morning, while watching the Kangaroos and Koala's start their day. The night sky is just beautiful, perfect for star gazing and full moons. The property is very clean and has a brand new designer bathroom and gas stove and oven. You feel like your miles from anywhere but y9u have everything at your finger tips within a 15-25 minute drive. Beaches, cafes, supermarkets and petrol station. Its simply perfect.

Coilas hidden gem
My husband and I were celebrating our 30th Wedding anniversary. We wanted a place that offered peace and tranquility but also had beaches, nature walks and other hidden gems close by. Coila rural retreat did not disappoint, it had all of this and so much more than we were expecting. The property is magnificent, the home is spacious, clean and beautifully laid out, filled with all modern appliances and stunning views. The property is close to Tuross Heads and Moruya for anything you might need. From the Sunrises to the star lit skys, the views will not disappoint. All the communication with Trish, from the booking, to checking in and checking out was perfect, Trish was very clear about everything and provided all information regarding the property. We highly recommend Coila rural retreat for your perfect hideaway

Beautiful house and property in a great spot.
The house was perfect for our family holiday. Beautiful spot not far from beaches and being on the river made it easy to kayak. It’s pet friendly which allowed us to bring our fur babies as well!

Quiet, relaxing, private, wonderful
110 Coila creek road is magnificent. The house is amazing, the property is beautiful and close enough to Moruya that you can make a quick trip for anything you need. Communication with the owner was perfect, they were very clear about everything.
