The room looked nothing like the category we paid for on the website- it felt like we were in a dungeon. The )five star’ expensive dinner was a joke. They rushed through each course running literally through the dining room, throwing down bad food and bad wine hardly even with descriptions and so fast we could hardly understand what they said.
