We enjoyed our stay at Luxury Inn. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful. It is a great location with many stores and restaurants close by. Affordable rate. We would stay again.

The location is good for the property, it can walk up to supermarket and restaurants, we walked to downtown Collingwood as well. The problem we found with our stay was that the washroom fan was very loud that it disturbed the other person in the room, and we had no way to turn it off as it was jointed with the light switch. So we sometimes had to use the washroom without turning the light (with the fan) on. Other things were ok with its value in price.

Great price, clean spacious room, friendly staff. The only issue we had was someone trying to come into the room in the morning, thinking we had left and left our key in the drop off box, but we hadn't.

The staff are excellent and the room was very clean. The hotel rooms are a little dated, but I knew that from the photos and other reviews. Overall, excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

Its a bit outdated. Butwe were there for two nights. We werent thère much mostly for shopping. It was nice to have a fridge. Would of been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. They had a tim hortons 2 mins away. So we just there. Its just a few minutes to the Circle K was just a short 3 minutes walk. Expensive but most convience stores are.

I want sure about a "Mom & Pop" Inn, and I didn't feel like paying the price of Days Inn or even Comfort Inn, so I took my chances! Staff was very kind, polite & sociable. The bed sheets were so clean, that had the aroma of country freshness, straight of the clothesline. I strongly recommend staying at Collingwood's Luxury Inn!!! 5 stars all the way!
