I had a great time staying at Cinnamon Grand Colombo. The staff were amazing. Except that I had one small issue. When I booked five nights, it said first two nights in Premium Room and then the other three nights in Executive room. The staff didn't obliged. They asked me for proof. The only proof I had was the payment/booking receipt which did not indicate the promotion online. I was bit disappointed by that. Other than that everything went well.

First I booked for 2 or 3 nights and later extended my stay because the staff took care of me very well. My stay at the hotel felt like I was at home with my family. There were times I had tears in my eyes because of the kindness and compassion that they showed me. I will be back.

We had a nice stay for a night. Sanjeeva at the door was exceptional. The checking in process was a little slower than expected, but that wasn’t bad. The buffet breakfast was great too.
