"Stayed two nights. Had the option to have our room cleaned after the first day but didn’t need it. Their pool area is very clean with lists of towels. They even have a late night option for adults only in the pool. Two hot tubs are nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. "Our room upon first entering looked very nice. However, the kitchen, including the floors and counter tops, were dirty and sticky. The entry way light was flickering off and on and a bathroom light was burned out. These items were reported to the front desk but nothing was repaired. Enjoyed our stay but not sure we will stay again, especially with the dirty sticky kitchen."

"This is sucha wonderful experience. You will achieve comlete relaxation in this unique experience. The tent was very comfortable and staff were very helpful and informative. Beds were comfortable and clean, as well as plenty of blankets for those chilly nights. Yhe road up to the area is a bit rough so be aware when selecting your vehicle. Beautiful surrounding will steal your breathe and leave lasting memories."

"Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Pool is large with water slide. No hot tub. Exercise gym covers the basics. FYI:Tru hotels have smaller rooms, and only a very small fridge. The rooms are modern design. Bed is very comfortable. Very large TV but with limited choices. The rooms do not come with ice buckets, coffee makers, or microwaves. Very nice showers. Will check what the breakfast is like tomorrow morning. Not sure if the cost of the room is great value considering the little extras...

"I enjoyed the place the restaurants were both nice. It was in a good neighborhood with plenty to do nearby. My only complaint was when I got there they said the did not have a clean room and asked me to go sit to the side. After watch 3 other people check in I went up and they had forgot me but I did finally get a room after an hour wait !!! "
