"The pool area is awesome, the game room was a bonus. Location is great especially if your planning a trip to the Adventure Park or Caves. Breakfast wasn't impressive, unless cereal, waffles and bagels are your thing.Staff was great, our only issue was catching a 21 person working so we could try their Alcohol on tap. Which unfortunately never happened. Other than that our keys lost program a few times during our stay which sucked being on the 3rd floor. "

"Ski trips can have their surprises and the Hot Springs Inn was a sigh of relief!! From the call I made 2-3 days ahead of arrival to get our 2 rooms close to the check out, everything was incredible. To boot, the local knowledge Wendy shared with us on hot spots, dinner joints and things to do, it was special. Oh and the immediate scenery and river-front setting...over the top good!"

"The hotel clerk was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The bed was comfortable, the pillows not so much but I am very particular about pillows. We were pleasantly surprised by several deer right outsde our door. The grounds were beautiful. "

"Everything was very nice. We did have parking lot light coming into the room through the window as the black out curtains weren't wide enough. One more panel would have been nice."

"There is a parking fee of $14/night that I was not aware of until I got there plus a deposit and their explanation was not very friendly. The one functioning elevator also doesn’t sound very good, the second one was out of order."
