The room was very cosy, warm and a lot of stuff like flip flops and bathrobes, even a makeup remover and many other things. So surprising! "We booked a last minute stay at this hotel for New Years Eve. We booked two rooms, and both were upgraded to have a lake view, and the hotel was kind enough to give us connecting rooms since we were there with our two tween sons. The hotel was in a PERFECT - PERFECT location!! The rooms were comfortable and had balconies. We would have had a perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks, if not for the fact that our sons wanted to be on the lakefront. :) I absolutely recommend this...

"What a gem! Tucked away in the back streets of Como. I can’t fault this place. Staff are amazing, each and every one of them. We were upgraded - however I think every room here is special. "The very first thing I would say is that the location is PERFECT! Central to everything! The bed,pillows and mattress were extremely nice!!!
