"Excellent staff that went above and beyond. Great front desk staff! Easy free parking, free coffee in the lobby, could have received a bucket of golf balls + free loaner clubs to use the driving range but didn’t have time. Updated bathroom and room. We selected the economy room when booking which probably wasn’t the best idea. The room was a little small + only had a mini-frig. Would suggest selecting a larger room with more amenities (microwave, etc). We were on the ground floor + had a nice patio table + chairs outside our back door that overlooked the golf course. Shopping is really close by. Overall, a very pleasant stay + would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure a smooth and friendly check-in. And after we had settled into a room they actually called to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Even though the room was close to Highway 19a, it was still quiet and it had air conditioning which was great. There is a restaurant within a 1-minute walk which was great for breakfast (Plates) It was also nice that they had a smart TV so one could log in and use whatever apps like Netflix or Prime to log into their own account to watch TV. I would definitely stay here again and I appreciate the courteous and kind service while we were there."

"Very helpful, friendly and courteous lady at check in. Older property but very clean and quiet with onsite parking for cars. RV’s or bigger vehicles would not fit so well though. Clean and comfortable bed. Recommend if in Comox area. Easy access on main drag. Not far from downtown and Marina. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this delightful suite across from a super long beach. There is a playground nearby. Kye Bay is a hidden gem in Comox. I loved the suite - it is beautifully decorated and extremely convenient. Kind of the way you wish your own place was :) Two bedrooms with comfortable beds and night lights. Each room can be heated separately if necessary. We loved it."
