We stayed at the property for one night specifically to be close to the Oriente Train Station. It is just a 5 minute walk to the station, which is ideal if you are connecting to somewhere else outside of Lisbon. The hotel was clean and staff was excellent, and breakfast was included. It is not in the historical area and is really only close to the aquarium and a few museums, so I wouldn't stay here if it's your only time in Lisbon, even though the hotel was very nice. Room was very clean although not overly large.

Major issue, and this is why I would not give it 5 stars. For a 4-star hotel, not to have free water and coffee 24/7 in room or lobby is inexcusable and irresponsible. We could not believe that this situation existed. Otherwise, the staff was absolutely great and everything else were excellent.

This hotel was booked for roof pool, it is the photograph icon for the property but when we got there we were told it’s closed. But no discount was given. So for 2 nights we paid for opportunity to swim and could not. This really was let down and not good of hotel to not advertise or notify close to booking as i would have picked hotel with pool. Not happy for price paid.

The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The location was also excellent. We actually went to the wrong TURIM hotel initially, but even the staff at the other hotel were super friendly and not only found our reso , but gave us simple directions on how to get there! Thoroughly recommend for a great break in Lisbon

The location was perfect and in close to many sightseeing and shopping malls! A few steps away from famous Liberdade Boulevard.
