"Very friendly bed & breakfast vibe in a lovely setting. Our queen-bedded room was small, but nicely arranged. The trains that go by are loud and more than a couple pass at night. Ear plugs are thoughtfully provided. The first night we had our windows open as the room was a bit warm. If you are sensitive to noise, it may be a struggle."

"Perfect little cabin for just 2 of us, with an adorable sleeping loft if you are traveling with kids. We enjoyed sitting out at the picnic table and watching the hummingbirds in the flowers. Well equipped kitchen and propane grill available as well. Short drive to Ohiopyle and other recreation areas. Would defjnately stay here again!"

"Simple house and furnishings, but great location and plenty of space! A perfect location for day bike trips, especially north to Ohiopyle. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and we took advantage of the hot tub and grill. Highly recommend!"

"The bungalow was just right for our needs. The rural location was nice. Being dog friendly was wonderful. But others should be aware the other rentals are very close. And the bungalow area does not allow much room for a dog to run. The parking for the first cabin is directly outside the bungalow bathroom. So in our instance the cabin guests kept their dog unleashed and their fire pit was a matter of feet from our only entrance or exit so it was tense getting our dogs in or out. Plus the actual...

"The house was clean and quite comfortable, well appointed, and we enjoyed the firepit and hot tub each evening. Neighbors are close by but they were very nice and shared their firewood with us. It's a small rural area, with several Frank Lloyd Wright houses nearby that we visited. Kara was very helpful and responsive to any questions. Altogether a lovely relaxing visit!"
