"We were upgraded on arrival and we were staying for 3 nights so that was a bonus. We had the Dinner B&B package so was a little disappointed to have a very limited menu offering i.e. 3 starters, 4 mains and 3 desserts but the majority of the Inclusive menu was aimed at Vegans or vegitarians. "Warm and welcoming staff at reception. Dining staff very friendly. Excellent choice for breakfast. My only criticism was the mattress and we changed rooms as decided to stay longer and they were both the same. They seemed to sag and we ended up rolling in the middle and I have suffered from lower back pain ever since. The hotel is in the middle of an upgrade so hopefully invest in new mattresses! "
