The receptionist upon arrival and checkout (Cara) was fantastic. Her service was upmost professional, welcoming and extremely friendly. Restaurant food was exceptional with wonderful service from staff. All very friendly and pleasant. Wonderful views from hotel room, adequate parking and overall restful visit. Will definitely recommend.

This was everything I expected from a Hilton. A first-class-feel. Everything was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Cannot comment on the dining since didn't eat there, but the restaurant space was very nice and there was a small discount on breakfast if you didn't book it in advance but committed to it before midnight the day before.

Generally a decent experience. The hotel was well presented throughout, and the room was clean. The service was slow, as apparently it was busier than normal. A disappointing response to it taking over an hour for 2 pizzas and some drinks. Also had to wait to be seated for breakfast.

The hotel is a bit out of town, but it's not an issue if you have a car. It was a nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff, and I would stay again. Next time i will check the AirCon is not Locked

Don't expect to get much sleep
Prior to booking I had asked that the room did not have an internal adjoining door, on arrival the room had an adjoining door. I asked if it was possible to change room but was told that it was not possible. We have found adjoining doors to not be sound proof and this disturbs our sleep if the neighbours are noisy. However that was not the issue this time, but the window blinds rattled all night long and the shower kept letting water out all night at intervals too ! All in all a very bad night, no sleep, so we checked out at 5.30am in the end !!

The hotel was clean , However the gym was hotter than outside as there aircon had been turned off. No towels and no water . Tried to call reception to get these points rectified no answer. When I spoke to the manager who did apologise he said they were short staffed during a busy period . The shower was poor I get hotels are trying to conserve water but that’s not really the point . Last orders for food 9pm and bar closed at 11 pm. As some one who travels a lot for both business and pleasure the service industry is doing itself no favours . Rooms are not cheap but staff clearly don’t want to work . I have to say the hotel was clean so clearly the cleaners work very hard.

Another excellent stay
This was another excellent short break at the Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia. We stayed here for a couple of nights this summer to explore North Wales and climb Snowdon. With Llanberis only 40 minutes drive away, it’s a great location to explore Snowdonia. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is modern and well decorated throughout. The rooms are quiet, with comfy beds and a great shower. The hotel even has a number of electric car charging ports, which came in very handy during our trip. We will definitely be back!

Positives, nice location with things to do in the area. Place looks great on pictures and when there Quite expensive for what you receive. Spa advertised on site but was told extra cost when arrived which was not clear at booking. Thin walls could here baby in next room crying most of the night. TV did not work properly. Leak in shower into sleeping area. Food and service at other Hilton's have been good and enjoyable. This was average at bet yet the most expensive.
