"Great location, friendly staff, large family room which was clean. Breakfast choice was good and great value in terms of cost. The only thing that let it down for us what at breakfast on the second morning, we ordered the avocado on toast again but the toast was really burnt. Very disappointing to think it was served rather than just cooking a couple more bits of toast. Other than that a really good place to stay!"

"The hotel is located about a 5 minute drive from Conwy. It sits in the middle of the countryside which is green and pretty- looking out the windows you see rolling green countryside. The rooms are large and nicely decorated, the bed huge (possibly 2 kings pushed together). The bathroom had a walk in shower and was modern. "We wanted somewhere quiet, secluded and far away from reality, this hit the spot perfectly! We weren't far from Llanberis where we had some great food and went on a beautiful walk to the castle. The cottage was well equipped and gave us the chance to feel properly nestled in the mountain.
