For the price I would not say the Hotel is anything special. However it was convenient for Rail links and the Breakfast was good and plentiful and the room was adequate for my needs.

Very clean, friendly helpful staff, fabulous breakfast buffet from yogurt to salami. Scrambled eggs ( beautifully done) and hash browns . 3 types of melon, etc. Outdoor courtyard option for meals. Top floor with balcony nice but air con didn’t work very well, still a bit warm at night. Main road below so windows closed at night. Needed to borrow a USB plug port from reception to charge my phone. The description of the hotel was “ an upscale golfing hotel” There was no sign of a golf course and the area was a bit “ edgy” , This put me off going out on my own in the evening as a single woman. I dined in both evenings but could have benefitted from going to tivoli and enjoying a free concert there but didn’t fancy coming back after dark on the train. Train station very conveniently located 8 mins walk away and convenient to get to the airport no problem on trains.

L'hôtel, en arrivant, en impose par ses dimensions. Le hall, les communs et le personnel d'accueil ont été accueillants et professionnels. Points forts : emplacement géographique et facilité de transport à proximité (S-Tog équivalent au RER en 10 minutes au centre-ville ou le bus). Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant, bien que nous pensions avoir plus de spécialités scandinaves à notre disposition. Bonne insonorisation dans l'ensemble. Points faibles : c'est là que "le bât blesse", l'hôtel ne mérite pas un 4 étoiles car les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce type de standing. Une chambre limite basique, sans aucune attention pour le visiteur (oublier le plateau de courtoisie, le kit dans la salle de bain, une boîte de mouchoirs, un peignoir ou autre car un sauna est à disposition dans l'hôtel, un minibar...). De plus, à notre arrivée, le réceptionniste m'a demandé si je voulais que le ménage soit fait sur les 4 jours de notre voyage, j'ai répondu oui. Quelle surprise, on peut dire que la femme de ménage s'est bien ménagée (sans mauvais jeu de mot :) ) : pas de passage du balai, salle de bain non nettoyée et poubelle non vidée. Juste des nouvelles serviettes à disposition... Nous avons toutefois passé un bon séjour à Copenhague mais ayant visité de nombreux pays par le passé avec cette même gamme, celui-ci n'est clairement pas à la hauteur.
