"Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service - from arrival, to depature! The presentation of the property was second to none - I was completely in awe and could not stop smiling! We were upgraded to a bungalow which was soo beautifully presented, clean, with that extra care taken to make this the most enjoyable place I have ever stayed. Our houseekeeper Vere, was AMAZING - she went above and beyond for us and gave us a personal touch almost every night we were there. I can not thank her enough! Salome at the front office (duty manager) was also OUTSTANDING! Her patience and kindness with me as we arrived and tried to get our head around everything was soo beautiful to receive. She knew my name and used it everytime she said hello, which again gave us that personal touch of being there. There was another lady on the front but i cant remember her name - you were soo beautiful tous, thank you!! The restaurants were amazing - the staff....oh, words cannot describe how friendly and kind they were. The food....oh my life!!! Shanaka, the hotel manager, finished our holiday off with a personal note and cookies and wished us a safe flight home....we felt like royatly. We will most DEFINITELY be staying there again. 10/10 for EVERYTHING!! Vinaka DoubleTree Resort Fiji - you have won us over tenfold and we will never forget it ❤️"

"Momi Bay is a well planned and designed resort , with beautiful views and a multitude of amenities. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and genuinely concerned with our experience. Both buffet and ala carte meal options were available. We enjoyed music from several choirs during our stay, the hot tub and infinity pool, and the mixology class from Pho, our favorite mixologist!"
