Totally renovated 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage in beautiful Tracadie Donaldston area of PEI . Beach access and newly installed free fibre op wireless internet and TV . Free arrival gift package and beach access passes for national park area's in the famous Brackley , Dalvay and Stanhope area all within 10 minute drive . Recent upgrades include new roofs, decks upgraded and freshly stained , heat pump air conditioning and all new furnishings throughout . Owners are very accommadating for any immediate needs please reach out with any questions or concerns for rental inquiries .

Stay in Corran Ban cottage
The cottage had all we could ask for…very clean and updated! Neighbours were lovely and Todd and Chris communicated readily with us.

PEI trip 2022
The cottage was nice and cute, nice view of the bay. It was difficult to find, as the address was not found on the GPS as it was listed online. We had to drive around the area for about 15 mins before we found the cottage. The beach is a 2 min walk from the cottage, but not a swimming beach. There are lots of mussels on the beach and you have to go out more then 200 feet to take a swim. Suggestions; bring water shoes and bug spray. Otherwise, very peaceful and we were provided a bottle of wine and a pass for the provincial parks which was very nice.

Wedding Stay
We rented the cottage due to its proximity to other residents who had gathered for a wedding. The cottage served our needs very well for the size of our group. It was clean, well maintained, well stocked with the necessary linens and kitchen appliances. Contact with the owner was good. I rate it as good as we called one of the owners for additional supplies and we did not hear back. Location was very good for our needs, however, guests should expect that the cottage is located in a group of cottages so there is another cottage in front of this one. All neighboring residents were quiet and very helpful. As a cottage built on piles, it seems to have settled slightly as the interior bedroom doors would not close fully. Having a toddler with us meant it was difficult to shut out noise from the rest of the cottage. Overall we were very satisfied with the cottage and would return in the future should we plan another trip to PEI!

En général l’emplacement reflète bien la description de l’annonce. L’air climatisée fonctionne très bien. On a pu faire des feux. Laveuse sécheuse très bien aussi. Manque ustensile à barbecue. Détails qui devrait être mentionné. A l’approche du chalet le chemin pour se rendre, est en gravelle et le reste en sable. Lorsqu’il y a eu forte pluie, le chemin de sable est quasiment impraticable. Le chemin de sable est parsemé de sillons très profond. Nos 2 véhicules étaient des autos sport décapotable. Un autre genre de véhicule serait avantageux. Les alentours sont tranquilles et l’aménagement extérieur fauteuil table est correct

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Beware owners as the misrepresented the listing and didn’t keep their commitment.
After a year of Covid and lockdowns we wanted to take our family back to PEI. Pros: -Rustic decorated cottage is clean -Location is fairly central for getting around the island. Cons: the owners are wealthy business men and don’t seem to care about the renters experience. They claim to be new at rentals. They misrepresented the cottage as Oceanfront, Waterfront, beach. They even posted angled pictures from the deck that show the Ocean in front of neighbouring properties. If you look out the window you see the wall of another cottage directly in front of you. Definitely not Oceanfront or Waterfront. You have to walk down the road to the bwach. When we shared with the owners we didn’t think it was very nice to scam renters with this wording they suggested we move to another cottage they own with a bit better view (still not waterfront) AND would compensate us for their misrepresentation. However after returning home and only receiving partial compensation that was agreed to they completely blew us off and did not fulfill their commitment. -since our concern was raised they have changed the wording of the listing regarding Oceanfront, waterfront, beach. Untrustworthy since in addition to the listing misrepresentation and lack of fulfilling the commitment, before our initial booking they knew we could only arrive a day shorter due to driving travel. They said to go ahead and book and that night would be returned to us. They have not refunded that full night but only partial saying we received what we were entitled to. Not the case at all. Location is woody and the mosquitos made spending any time outdoors uncomfortable. We were so looking forward to travel this year especially in a place we love like PEI but these guys and their lies managed to sour our trip. We tried to be patient and work with them cause no one wants to spend their hard earned vacation having issues. Really disappointing. Hoping that VRBO will be able to help us If views don’t matter and you don’t have anything to do with the owners than this place might work for you.

Delightful spot.
The house is nestled in a community of small homes down a few dirt roads from the main road and is close to the warm National Park beaches on the Northside of the island. The Park pass that comes with the rental was great and saved a bundle. The house is very centrally located - about 15 minutes to Charlottetown where you will want to shop for groceries. The house is very comfortable and the deck was a joy to hang out on and enjoy the brilliant night sky. The mosquitos were a little of a nuisance but there was bug spray on hand. One thing not mentioned in the listing is the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. If you get a chance to stay here you will most definitely enjoy it.
