"We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a few nights. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, nothing was too much bother. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed, large room and lovely public areas. The evening meals and breakfast were delicious. The perfect place to ski as the main gondola is just a 2min walk away & there is plenty parking around the hotel. We hope to come back another time!!"

"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"Elsa and other staff do a good job on my case. They are nice and have sufficient patience to explain everything. Moreover Elsa could sit in customer’s chair, thinks the way that us concern mostly, and figure out the solutions together with the customer. "This is a great place to stay with family in Leysin. You can walk to the town, the gondola and restaurants. The chalet room Is very convenient, good looking, comfortable beds and bedding. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are wonderful. Dining room area is great, very Swiss looking with good breakfast and dinner buffet. A lot of healthy options and variety for adults and kids. "We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are impeccable, the spa, the pool and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and very welcoming! We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda.The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques. The lady at reception was not helpful at all. Overall, we had a great time at this resort and this little inconvenience did not...

"Perfect place to stay for our family of 4. Place was well equipped and enough room for us. The balcony really made this place sitting on a morning with a coffee to on an evening with the sun setting and then looking up at the stars. The views are amazing and made the holiday. I stayed for a long weekend, and although the room was very nice, and I got a balcony, there was a bit of a stale smell in the bathroom, and although opening a window helped, it was not very handy being it was a bit cold.
