After paying a higher amount than the surrounding hotels I was surprised at the state of this hotel. There was not enough hot water for 2 of us to shower and the foot stool in our room was decrepit (see photo). We actually checked out one day early despite having paid $299 for the night.

It was ok. If you’re going to a PBR tournament in Cortland, it’s location is perfect. I don’t have anything bad to say - it was on the shabbier side - but it was a clean comfortable place to sleep. nothing special. FYI, the “hot breakfast” promised was powdered eggs & make your own waffle. Otherwise it was a fridge with yogurts & some prepackaged muffins.

The rooms are modernly furnished, clean, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or attending events at SUNY Cortland. The location is also very convenient, just a short drive to the university and nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cortland — whether for business, leisure, or a quick getaway. I look forward to staying here again!

Everyone was so friendly, the front desk staff from the moment we checked in until we checked out were so helpful and courteous. I ran into problems printing something in the Business Center and even though it was very late at night, I was still helped by the staff. The bathroom was a little dated with some repaired wall damage, but other than that, this was a great value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.
